                          The refurbished axle part is produced using the highest possible standard available in our factory, ; located  in Nottinghamshire, UK.

Each re-manufactured axle component supplied by IM Axle Specialists goes through these following process;

• - Component parts are sandblasted to remove any corrosion and dirt. Axle is dismantled into component parts. 
• - Trailing arm surfaces are re-machined to factory standard tolerances.
• -  New SKF quality bearings and seals replaces the Trailing arm bearings.
• - New high quality needer roller bearings are professionally fitted to repaired trailling arm.
• - Every component goes through a re-paint process following the factory original colours with hard wearing twin pack epoxy paint.
• - Component parts are packaged up and ready to be sent out.
• - Get same day dispatch when ordered before 3pm
